Here is a short video to continue the conversation about makeup changing color once it is on our skin. In a recent blog post I talked about things going oragne and what it meant. Now let’s talk about that dull zombie-gray color that some makeup will take on after it has been applied.

If things go gray, dull, milky or even a pepto-bismal pink on you, then those products are too cool for your skin. You want to look for warmer colors that push more to red+yellow than red+blue. You can also add a tiny bit of orange to an existing makeup to warm it, or cut the cool red tones.
