I always talk about undertone in skin but today we talk about depth and how powerful it can be as well. How light or deep a skin is dictates how light or deep our contour, highlight, blush, bronzer and shadows should be.
You can apply so many things to depth. What is lighter than your canvas is a highlight. What is deeper and cooler is a contour. Blush that is lighter than the canvas lifts, darker sinks. There is just so much we can examine so that our choices are based on more than what our eyes think “is pretty”.
